Hey Sis!
I’m not waiting to live anymore… and neither should you.
After three years of becoming in Georgia, I’m coming back to the city that raised me, Philly. To celebrate my birthday. To celebrate the release of my most personal book yet. And to gather with women who know what it’s like to trust God in the middle of a wait that feels too long and too quiet.
This is my second book, but the one I ran from the longest. Because writing about waiting? Whew. That’ll humble you. I flat out didn’t want to do it.
So many of us are tired of waiting. And Chileee tired of talking about it. Tired of feeling like we have to perform patience while secretly wondering if God forgot us.
But through surrender and obedience, I found so much worth sharing.
And out of that came:
Wait for Love: A Christian Woman’s Guide to Waiting on God for Marriage.
This brunch is a celebration of that obedience. That courage to do what God says no matter the road you may be required to travel. And the women, like you, who are choosing wait for love, but not to live.

This moment means more than I can say.
I don’t usually pause to celebrate myself, I’m usually on to the next assignment, the next task, the next thing. But this time? I’m choosing to be present. To honor what God has done. To exhale.
And I’d love nothing more than to do that with you.
So come Sis, not just for me, but for you. To celebrate the woman you’re becoming.
